Our recruitment services fall into following categories;

Marine Crew
We supply full or partial crews to Ship Owners and Managers. We are fully capable to supply crew to clients on emergency basis to supplement their own crew supply at a short notice.
We only recruit the best and our sole criterion is merit. We maintain an extensive database of qualified and dedicated marine crew of all ranks and nationalities. Our dedicated pool of marine crew comprises of different nationalities, including Eastern Europeans (Russia, Ukraine), South Asia (Pakistan, India), Middle East, Far East (Philippines, Indonesia & Malaysia).

Salasel Offshore thoroughly screens each individual candidate before proposing to the client for final selection. We consider performance and attitude of every crew to be reflecting our image and thus we are very careful in selecting only the best, as we don’t take chances with our clients.

Oil & Gas / Offshore Projects Staffing

We provide fully trained skilled & semi-skilled staff to support various segments of construction and commissioning phases of offshore and onshore oilfield projects, as well as for ongoing operations and maintenance programmes.

Marine Crew Management

Salasel Offshore offers bespoke crew management solutions tailored to individual client’s needs. A full range of management services including recruitment and selection, deployment, training and ongoing management of the crew employed on our client’s vessels. We ensure that all crew are holding valid documents and certificates as per STCW convention, are medically fit and have an excellent track record. Salasel Offshore also encourages crew retention, which guarantees loyalty, on-board continuity, familiarity with the client’s Shipboard Management System and prompt availability of crew to the clients.
